Next Generation MyCare
The Next Generation MyCare program in a healthcare program for Ohioans who have both Medicaid and Medicare. This program helps you get the care you need all in one plan.
Your Next Generation MyCare plan gives you all benefits available through the traditional Medicare and Medicaid programs. This includes long-term care services both in the community, assisted living, and in a nursing facility as well as behavioral health services. Your plan may also provide extra benefits like additional transportation, rewards, and more.
Are you eligible?
You are eligible to be enrolled if you meet the following criteria:

Have full Medicaid and Medicare parts A, B, and D

Are age 21 and older

Are not already enrolled in a Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a Developmental Disabilities waiver, and Intermediate Care Facility, or have other health insurance that covers both inpatient hospital stays and doctor visits.
