General duties:

Prepare and record journal entries in accordance with accounting standards

Complete required external grant reporting and submit requests for funds

Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor communication

Process provider payments accurately and on schedule

Record and reconcile daily/weekly deposits

Assist with program financial monitoring and reporting

Support the development and tracking of budgets

Participate in the monthly close process, including reconciliations and reporting

Assist with year-end closing activities and audit preparation

Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the CFOO and Director of Finance
Required Experience / skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting – preferred
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in accounting – preferred
Experience in non-profit and government funding – preferred
Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet experience – required

Salary is $52,428 with salary increases every year for the first 4 years.
