If you are interested in becoming a new provider or know of any potential providers, please fill out the Provider Recruitment Form and email it to the AAA9 Provider Management Division at providerrelations@aaa9.org.

If you are a certified provider within another region and would like to expand your services to our region, please contact the AAA9 Provider Management Division by emailing providerrelations@aaa9.org for the Expansion Request Form. 

The application fee increased from $631 to $688 for calendar year 2023.
