OVERVIEW

About this program

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program advocates for people receiving
long-term care – including nursing home and adult care facility residents – to
protect dignity, respect, and quality care. Staff investigate complaints, protect
confidentiality, and help with facility selection and resident rights. To reach the Ombudsman office for the AAA9 service area, call 330-364-3465 or 800-967-0615.
