The Area Agency on Aging Region 9 is a non-profit dedicated to helping older adults and people with disabilities in southeast Ohio live with independence and dignity.
OUR MISSION
We plan, coordinate, and fund a comprehensive network of services home care, nutrition, transportation, legal assistance, caregiver support and Medicaid waivers so people can remain in the community of their choice.

OUR STORY
For more than four decades, AAA Region 9 has been the local link between federal and state aging programs and the people who need them most.
We work with hospitals, physicians, providers, and neighbors so no one has to navigate complex systems alone. From a first phone call to ongoing care coordination, our role is connection clear, compassionate, and local.
Headquartered in Cambridge, Ohio, we remain focused on one promise: older adults and caregivers across Region 9 should have access to services that protect health, safety, and independence.
