OVERVIEW
PASSPORT (Pre-Admission Screening System Providing Options and Resources Today) is Ohio’s Medicaid waiver program that helps eligible older adults get long-term services and supports to stay at home. AAA9 administers PASSPORT in our nine-county area – including assessment, case management, and coordination with local providers.
