We are looking for a MyCare/PASSPORT Coverage Specialist.

The MyCare/PASSPORT Coverage Specialist utilizes advanced knowledge, education and training, implements, evaluates and coordinates various consumer activities of case management.This position will provide coverage to the clinical team daily.

Manage daily coverage calls/emergencies for WSC/CM who are on vacation, medical leave, or in the field, as well as any additional coverage needed as identified by the management team.

Training of new staff on coverage responsibilities.

Participation of work in MyCare or PASSPORT team.

Work collaboratively with community agencies to make needed referrals and provide updates (i.e. APS, CPS, Hospice, Skilled service providers, MyCare providers).


Must possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, gerontology, or similar field and a minimum of one year experience with home and community-based services.

Full-time remote position and some in office requirements with starting salary of $49,269.

Pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background check required.
