General duties include providing accounting support, agency purchasing and procurement, inventory management, payroll assistance, HR special projects and administrative assistance. Assist with finance, billing and IT operations, communication, and special initiatives assigned within the Business Operations Division. 


Required Experience / skills: 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance preferred 

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in accounting 

Excellent computer and communication skills 

Knowledge of purchasing and inventory mangement 

Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Area Agency on Aging Region 9 (AAA9) has a position open for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst. Objective is to support the organization by driving data driven decision making through timely provision of high-quality reports and data using Power BI. Will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and providing reporting for the daily operations of the agency and support agency-wide strategic initiatives. 


Required Experience / skills: 

§ Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Master’s Degree a plus 

§ Experience creating reports and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI 

§ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Azure is a plus 

§ Experience working in a not-for-profit, healthcare, managed care, or government setting a plus. 

§ Change management experience a plus. 

§ Experience with relational databases technologies like SQL and Access 


Starting salary – $50,901 – $55,226 with salary increases each year for first 4 years

Area Agency on Aging Region 9 (AAA9) has a position open for a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator. General duties include creating marketing goals related to specific program growth, provider acquisition, generation of potential consumers and revenue. Responsible for coordinating and facilitating communications and advocacy. 

 

Required Experience / skills: 

 

BA/BS in Marketing, Public Relations, Business/Communications, related field and/or equivalent working experience. 

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in digital/product marketing and/or product management. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency using social media software. 

Must have reliable means of transportation.
