By appointment (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), we complete background checks for home health providers and non-profits such as schools, hospitals, and hospice agencies. Checks are completed at 1730 Southgate Parkway, Cambridge, Ohio. A photo ID is required. Cash only – exact amount.
