Apartment site located in Zanesville OH, is interviewing for a service coordinator.
Do you enjoy helping people and making a difference in someone’s life? If so, then this position is meant for you! We are seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to work 4 hours a week at a family apartment building in Zanesville. (16 hours a month) A Service Coordinator links residents with area services and provides general case management. The Service Coordinator will work with the apartment management staff to ensure residents are getting the help they need to live independently. The successful candidate should have experience in a social services related field.

Full Time position – 35 hours per week
Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 2:30PM
$10 – $11 per hour

Qualifications:
Valid/Current Ohio Driver’s License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Good attendance record
Pass all pre-employment screenings
Essential Job Duties: Works under the supervision of Nutrition Supervisor. Assists in preparing meals for the Center, satellite nutrition sites, home delivered meals, and catered events in accordance with established rules and regulations administered from the Ohio Department of Aging, the Area Agency on Aging, the County Health Department, and other health standards. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen, counter tops, tables, dishes, and cookware. Operates dishwasher and does laundry. Stocks shelves and puts away kitchen supplies.
