We are looking for a MyCare/PASSPORT Coverage Specialist!

Up to a $2,500 sign-on incentive!

Are you passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities remain independent in their communities? AAA9 is looking for a dedicated MyCare / PASSPORT Coverage Specialist to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
– Provide daily coverage and support for the clinical team
– Manage coverage calls and emergencies for Waiver Service Coordinators and Case Managers
– Train new staff on coverage responsibilities
– Participate as a member of the MyCare and/or PASSPORT team
– Collaborate with community partners and service providers to coordinate referrals and consumer support

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Gerontology, or a related field
– Minimum of one year of experience working with home and community-based services
