Area Agency on Aging, Region 9 – Cambridge, Ohio
The Assistant Director of Innovation at AAA9 works alongside the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer to facilitate the development of new programs, services, partnerships and revenue opportunities. This role blends innovation leadership and operational oversight. The assistant director leads efforts to implement innovative approaches that enhance outcomes across the region.
In conjunction with the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer; is responsible for the overall operation and oversight of the Innovation Division – encompassing the Housing Unit, Veterans Directed Care, Caregiver, Innovation, and the Older Americans Act Area Plan.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Five years’ experience in health/human services or home care agency administration required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or LISW preferred.
- Supervisory or management and computer experience required.
Preference will be given to applicants with an advanced level degree such as an MBA, MPH, or MHA.
