• At the Area Agency on Aging Region 9 your privacy is important to us.

• The Area Agency on Aging Region 9, Inc. will not collect any personally identifiable information (e.g. name, phone number, e-mail address) without your knowledge.  Like most organizations, we regularly monitor trends, traffic patterns, number of visits, etc., on our site, so we can better meet the needs of our customers.

• Any online job resumes we receive are shared only within our Agency for the purpose of hiring and recruiting. Under no circumstances is any information contained therein sold or shared with anyone outside the Agency.  If you e-mail us via our website, your message may be routed within the Agency for the purpose of responding to your question or request.  Under no circumstances will your e-mail address be sold or shared with anyone outside the Agency.  

• To recieve additional information you may send us personally-identifying information, for example, you may choose to include such information in an electronic mail message. This information will only be shared internally for the purposes of responding to your request and internal policies and procedures apply to your request (HIPAA/Privacy Policies). 
  
  Through our web site we have made available an option to sign up to receive periodic updates about programs, services and issues relating to older adults in our community (i.e. electronic newsletter).  We utilize an e-mail marketing technology that will allow you to opt out of these communications at any time you wish.
