Click here to download COALA Brochure

The program is designed to train new individuals with no previous experience, to be efficient, caring, dedicated and a skilled member of the home care team.   The training is done by a qualified Registered Nurse through lecture, video, and classroom instruction.

This program was also developed in recognition for the difficulties in the recruiting and retaining employees to provide a high standard of care which continues to complicate the home health industry.

Interested individuals will be trained in the skills required to provide competent personal care and homemaking services to the older adult population through collective application of a manual, lecture, classroom interaction, skills practice, video, skills and written testing.

Interested individuals can call and set up an interview at 740/432-6600 or 1/800/932-7277 x 281. Click here to download COALA application.
